Formark Rehvid - Data Protection Rules
These data protection rules describe Formark Rehvid's activities concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of data related to the use of the Website and mobile application (hereinafter collectively "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of various data as described in these rules.
1. What Information Formark Rehvid Collects and How It Is Used
Formark Rehvid may store data sent through User content, as well as data tracking User behavior on the Website. We use this information to improve the operation of various Website functions.

Formark Rehvid follows generally recognized standards in protecting Users' personal data, transmitting and receiving data. An encrypted data channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser's personal data and bank details. Formark Rehvid also does not have access to them. However, Formark Rehvid warns that no internet or mobile device data transmission or electronic data storage is 100% secure. Although Formark Rehvid stores User data securely, Formark Rehvid cannot guarantee data security for the reasons mentioned above.
Formarkin OÜ is the data controller for personal data. Formarkin OÜ transmits personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
5. Changes to Data Protection Rules
Formark Rehvid has the right to change the Data Protection Rules. If Formark Rehvid makes significant changes to the Data Protection Rules, it will publicly announce this on the Website or send Users a corresponding email. By continuing to visit the Website after the new Data Protection Rules come into force, you agree to comply with all obligations arising from the new Data Protection Rules.
